The 4 Paws Rescue Team is embarking on its seventh year of participation in the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC). The CFC allows Federal Government workers to contribute a portion of their paychecks to the charity of their choice. This fundraising effort has become an increasingly important source of operating revenue for 4Paws over the years. If you or any of your friends or relatives work for the Federal Government, please consider designating 4Paws as your charity of choice. Our CFC number is 34517.
The 4Paws Rescue Team participates in the Commonwealth of Virginia Campaign. Virginia State Employees may contribute through their payroll by designating #3472.
Isabelle Gautschi (Franklin Glen resident) wanted a different 12th birthday party. She wanted to do something for the animals she loves…she decided to have a fundraiser party for 4-PAWS. Her friends had a wonderful time playing volleyball and eating LOTS of ice cream sundaes! And they were very generous. We raised $182.
Isabelle’s family cats, Quinn & Kaia, were adopted from 4PAWS and she has volunteered her time (along with Connor Clendenin) to help out with 4PAWS adoption events. The 4Paws Rescue Team is a nonprofit community-based all volunteer organization that takes in neglected, abandoned, abused and unwanted cats and kittens. Cats rescued by 4Paws receive vaccines and appropriate veterinary care before being adopted into permanent, loving homes. An animal rescued by 4Paws will never be euthanized except out of medical necessity.
